Friendly staff and great food.

The food is basic American. Large dining area, mostly chairs. There's a patio to eat outside. Large restrooms. Nice place to eat off the freeway. Directly next to Walmart and a busy shopping center.

Fat Jack's never disappoints! Food is great and servers are attentive and courteous.

Had the seafood platter. It was great. Also you can't beat their appetizers...love had the shrimp y grits in the past. One of my favorite dishes.

Horrible experience!! We got there today for lunch with a little puppy in a covered dog trolley and the hostesses looked at us pretty bad and sent us to the patio since they are not a pet-friendly restaurant. That’s understandable. But the attitude wasn’t right. Everyone looking at us giving us a look. They probably did not receive a guest service training. We went to the patio, asked the server if any of the items on the menu were gluten flee since my brother is allergic to gluten. She did not know what gluten was. Went to the kitchen and said that non of the items are gluten free and could not make any gluten free food. We decided to leave, nobody say goodbye. Do not go there if you are looking for quality service. And it’s not even the workers fault. They probably don’t receive the right training per managers.

Everything tasted good, restaurant smelled a little strange even for a place that has seafood.

Great food. Wonderful people and service. Fried pork chops are outstanding.

Wilted salad, steak was overcooked chunk of fat, greasy okra. We felt rushed to leave and will not return.

Pleasant staff, many of whom were greeting regular customers by name. Good food at reasonable prices. Nothing overly fancy, but relatively low-risk, solid offerings that I imagine would keep customers returning.

Service was good but food was subpar....asked if burgers were made fresh, server said yes, she lied. Not true, frozen, tasteless patty. Well actually tasted like shoe. Chicken strips tasted like fish...wonder why...because they fried them in same oil as what they fry their fish in, disgusting. Cheese steak was decent, but not a lot of meat. $65 for 3 of us, beer was cold so there's that....Good luck if you go

Not bad. I did like the outside deck area. Burgers were good.

Great service. I am picky about my steak so the fact that it came out perfect really made my evening. Prices are a tad high but they have excellent service.

This is the exit to stop off the interstate for a meal. Loyally eating here since back at the other location. The food is good. The lunch specials were amazing. The customer service is lovely. The building and lot are kept clean, well lit and fresh. There is even a relaxing little pond in front.

They did not have my fried chicken and the mac and cheese because it was sat. Disappointed but food was good and the service was great.

The food was great, what can I say? The only issue I had was with the pork chop. Just one. I need two to be sure.

Dee dee was THE SWEETEST woman ever the food was amazing and the service was excellent she went above and beyond when we left a mask in there she brought it out to us! She’s amazing!

Fantastic customer service. The catfish, hush puppies and collard greens were remarkable! This may be a favorite spot. Hopefully they will extend their menu and serve breakfast as well.

On a weekend trip we stumbled across Fat Jack's. The GF had the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potatoes waffle fries. I had Chicken Fingers, fried okra and Cole slaw. It was quite good. The staff was friendly and quick. I would definitely eat there again.

A little over priced, especially 4 salads, with no romaine lettuce. A plate full of iceberg is just too much, no real taste But nice environment and good food, wonderful service.
